Plated food trolleys

For storing plated starters and desserts, Tournus offers a system in which non-slip pins grip the plates like experienced hands. The plates are held horizontally and the trolleys can be moved in total safety.

A complete range for all uses

The plated food trolleys are available in 2 heights:

  • Low models with an upper work surface.
  • Tall models for maximum plate capacity (up to 120 plates with the 6-stack trolley).

Wall-mounted plated food holders can be fixed to the wall next to the work surface, making the best possible use of the often-limited space in the kitchen.

All the Tournus Equipement plated food holders are very easily adjustable and suit all sizes of plates, from the smallest to the largest (Ø 32 cm). They also allow plates of different diameters to be placed on the same plate holder.

The spacing between the panels is easily adjusted by turning a knob and repositioning the uprights to the diameter you want using the reference scale provided. The trolleys are ideal for caterers who need to serve banquets quickly at a variety of locations.

The pins are offset so that they can hold large plates without them coming into contact with each other. The spacing between the pins has been optimised to avoid the plate above damaging the presentation on the plate below.

Excellent plate holding

Each plate is held firmly as if by an experienced hand. The plates are supported at 4 points and held from above and below, ensuring a perfectly horizontal position. The non-slip coating on the pins and the patented clip system guarantees that plates can be transported in total safety.
